Amerispray carries a variety of nozzle types that are utilized in car and truck washing systems. These nozzles include a wide variety of flat spray models that are typically used in moving spray applications, as well as full cone nozzles that may be used in clean in place (CIP) applications. Keep in mind that we can also offer these nozzles with a wear resistant treatment, which adds to the wear life of the nozzle.
Amerispray also offers a line of plastic split eyelet clamps and connectors, these products allow the system manufacturer to mount the nozzles without having to tap and drill holes. Because the clamp is attached to the pipe via a drilled hole, you eliminate the possibility of stripping the threading on the pipe.
FILTERS
Available in static and self cleaning styles. Some nozzle types allow for the use of small in-line filters, that are inserted inside the nozzle prior to the orifice.
MB1 Full cone nozzles
Commonly used in washing tunnels and CIP applications.
Flat spray and solid stream nozzles
Are typically used in applying cleaning solutions, applying foam, high impact cleaning, and rinsing applications.
