HHF HIGHEST FLOW RATE FILTER
General description: The HHF self-cleaning filter is capable of filtering large volumes of liquid, volumes that may vary based on the amount of contaminants in the liquid stream. This is a continuous filter process that doesn’t require operational down times for cleaning.
Materials: The filter body and all parts exposed to the liquid being filtered are made in 304LSS, 316LSS is also available on request. The filter cartridge is 316LSS and the seals are made of Viton and EPDM, other seal materials may be available on request.
Filter cartridge: There are two types of filter cartridges available. One has V shaped bars and is arranged in a radial pattern, the other utilizes holes designed into the cartridge. The characteristics of the liquid and the contaminants being filtered determine which cartridge style is best for the application.
Flow rate: Maximum flow rate (m3/h) values determined with a pressure drop of 0.2-0.3 barg, with different types of filter cartridges.
