General description: The ASF3 perform at a highly efficient level, this is primarily due to two different factors. The first factor is the ratio between the size of the filter screen to the amount of liquid being filtered. The large screen surface, relative to the liquid flow, helps to prevent the contaminants in the liquid stream from clumping together in one area. This means there are fewer obstructions to the liquid flow, therefore increasing the efficiency of the filter process. Secondly, the interior design creates a swirling motion of the liquid within the filter body. This swirling motion helps to distribute the contaminants evenly over the filter cartridge, while also moving the solids toward the base of the bowl.
